Who are we?

Our legal entity is, At The Villa Guesthouse Closed Corporation t/a At The Ville Guest
House, registered in South Africa. Established in 2008.

We started as a 3-room guest house since we have grown to having 8 rooms. Although
we are 4 star accredited, we offer 5 star value upmarket accommodation. We are well
positioned, on 3km from the N1 & 500meters from North Ridge Mall & Virgin Active.

We have a sound client base generally comprising of both the corporate and leisure
sectors. These guests are locally based as well as those traveling from overseas. With
the direction provided by Travel Agents we manage all necessary accommodation

We are affiliated with all the prominent booking portals, such as:,
TravelGround, Trip Advisor, etc. Through the use of our secure website, we facilitate
real time bookings for our clients and guests.

The information we collect:

Personal data is information that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single
person or Company. We will collect and process information needed to create or
manage our guests’ bookings and business administration, in order to provide our

Any data in our clients’ systems, belongs to the client. We do not share or market any
guest information.

where they are employed, we advise the guest of their responsibility with regards to
