Terms and Conditions
- To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, in the event of premature curtailment, we will handle the situation on its merit, with discretion of management.
- Should we be able to re-let your booking, partially or fully, you will be refunded accordingly, less a 20% admin fee. (see: Cancellation Terms)
Cancellation Terms:
- 2 days pre-arrival, forfeit the FULL deposit/payment/voucher/purchase orders
10 days pre-arrival 50%
20 days pre-arrival, 20% thereof - Deposits/Payments/Vouchers/Purchase Orders, are not refundable in the event of no-show.
- We require a 50% Deposit, to secure your booking, unless otherwise arranged with management
- Rates are subject to change
- Booking/Travel Agents –Hotel Vouchers are needed to secure your booking
- The Terms and Conditions - are deemed accepted on receipt of an e-mail Confirmation/Voucher/Purchase Order, or on receipt of POP (proof of payment) into our bank account, see below, or Credit Card details for - Terminal Manual Authorisation Transactions, hereinafter called, “Moto-transaction”
- Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if Deposit or Hotel voucher or Purchase order, is not received within 24 hours, after receipt of Acknowledgement and Confirmation of the booking by fax or e-mail sent to you and or received by you, from The Villa.
- Whilst every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions on our premises, the owner will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage, sustained by whatever cause

- Please present Passport/ ID/Drivers licence, with check-in
- Check-in time: 14h00 – 21h00. Please, let us have your ETA (estimated time of arrival) prior to arrival.
- Check-in any time before 14h00, must be pre-arranged, as your Room might not be ready, saving yourselves and us the disposition
- Check-out time, 09h00 during the week and 10am over Weekends-ends & Public holidays
- Check-in’s after 21h00, must be pre-arranged, as our Reception closes at 21h00. Please arrange late check-ins, timeously
- Breakfast is served between 07h00–09h00. And over week-ends between 07h30-09h30. Please confirm your breakfast time when checking in
- Please let us know about any dietary requirements
- No person, OTHER THAN THOSE BOOKED are permitted to share the accommodation
- No visitors allowed, on premises, after 22h00
- Strictly NO Smoking in Rooms
- You will be liable for any damage caused to The Guesthouse property, including damage caused by smoking in the rooms! (Dry-cleaning of Curtains & Linen etc.). Including loss of income due to down time, whilst rooms and damages are being repaired
- Should you damage any article in the room please inform Reception prior to Check-out
- Please be considerate of fellow guests at all times with regards to noise levels, language and smoking.
- Parking at own risk, do not leave personal belongings in car.
Wi-Fi Indemnity
- We will not under any circumstances be held liable for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect loss or damages including loss of profit which may arise from the use of Wi-Fi.
Pet Friendly Establishment
- Regular Guests: Please note that we are a pet friendly establishment.
- When bringing your Pet – please make sure that they are on a leash when walking around the property, we will not be held liable if something happens to your pet
